SUMMARY:

MN8 Energy is one of the largest independent solar energy and energy storage owner-operators in the U.S., serving enterprise customers with clean energy and complementary solutions, such as battery storage and EV Charging, to enable an electrified, decarbonized world. Originally founded inside of Goldman Sachs in 2017, our fleet has grown to nearly 3-gigawatts of solar, including 850 projects across 27 states, and over 270 megawatts of battery storage projects, with each project tailored to achieve the bold decarbonization targets and goals of our more than 200 blue-chip customers. As the Senior Manager, Warehousing & Logistics, you will:

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for our warehousing and logistics operations aligned with business goals
• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Manage inventory levels to ensure efficient operations and minimize carrying costs
• Develop and implement cost-effective transportation strategies
• Negotiate contracts with freight carriers and third-party logistics providers (3PLs)
• Lead the selection, implementation, and maintenance of warehouse management systems
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and best practices across all warehousing and logistics operations
• Analyze data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service levels
• Manage and mentor a team of warehousing and logistics professionals

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in warehousing and logistics management, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sector
• Proven track record of building and optimizing high-performing warehousing and logistics teams
• In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and best practices
• Expertise in inventory control, forecasting, and demand planning
• Strong understanding of transportation management, including carrier selection, negotiation, and optimization of shipping routes
• Experience with customs compliance and international logistics (a plus)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and collaborate across departments
• A commitment to safety and a focus on continuous improvement
