Senior Manager, IT – Corporate Applications

Position Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead our Corporate Applications team while championing IT Business partnership initiatives to drive digital transformations across the organization. This pivotal role focuses on managing corporate systems supporting functions such as HR, Legal, Communication, Marketing, and others.

The ideal candidate will bring expertise in both managing corporate applications and fostering strategic partnerships between IT and business units. Prior experience in implementation and support of HRIS and/or Salesforce/Hubspot/Travel-Expense Solution, along with a keen interest in driving digital transformations, is essential.

Additionally, familiarity with Azure Services, Power Platform, Data Lake, and API Gateway technologies would be highly advantageous.

 

As Senior Manager, IT – Corporate Applications, you will:

  • Lead the Corporate Applications team in the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of various corporate systems, with a focus on HRIS platforms, Salesforce/Hubspot and Travel/Expense systems.
  • Foster strong partnerships between IT and business units, collaborating closely with key stakeholders from HR, Legal, Communication, Marketing, and other departments.
  • Drive digital transformations by identifying opportunities to leverage technology for process improvements, efficiency gains, and enhanced customer experiences.
  • Provide strategic guidance on technology investments and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Oversee the implementation and integration of HRIS platforms, covering payroll, benefits administration, employee self-service, and talent management along with automation initiatives.
  • Act as a catalyst for change, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends, assessing their potential impact and relevance to business goals.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring the timely delivery of services and solutions in alignment with business needs.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.

 

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT, with a focus on managing corporate applications and driving digital transformations.
  • Proven experience the implementation and support of HRIS, including platforms such as Workday, Oracle Fusion, Dynamics365, or similar systems along with Marketing platforms like Salesforce/Hubspot. Travel/Expense system experience would be a good addition.
  • Strong understanding of HR/Marketing/Sales processes and practices, along with a passion for leveraging technology to drive business value.
  • Experience with Azure Services, Data Lake, API Gateway, or similar technologies would be highly beneficial.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, while meeting business requirements and quality standards.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of translating business needs into technical solutions.
