ABOUT THE POSITION:

MN8 is looking for a Procurement Analyst to support corporate purchasing, supply chain and MN8 procurement governance.

What Your Day-to-day Will Look Like

As the Procurement Analyst (Indirect Buyer) you will:

CORE TASKS

• Lead tendering processes to purchase equipment and services according to MN8 corporate needs.
• Perform financial analysis and business case justification for proposals to award to senior leadership.
• Support contract negotiations with external partners.
• Lead internal review of contracts with Legal, IT, Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Tax teams.
• Create written proposals for priority opportunities, and drive procurement agreements to contract execution.
• Create a comprehensive domestic and international market analysis for the goods/services procured to drive lowest total cost and maximum value.
• Lead the Supply Chain process, internally and externally.
• Purchase order management.

SECONDARY TASKS

• Conduct related tasks including market analysis, risk an ESG scoring and financial analysis.
• Support in the search and evaluation of new suppliers.
• Responsible for the development and continuous improvement of the internal supplier prequalification procedure, coordinating all the areas.
• Collaborate in the improvement of MN8 procurement process and tools.
• Support the development and drive the Procurement vision for, with and through the stakeholder community.
• Develop innovative and sustainable solutions to identify and mitigate risk, drive long-term, end-to-end value, and achieve unmet business needs.
• Create and maintain MN8 suppliers’ data lake.
• Supplier onboarding.

How you know if you’re a great fit for this role

• Degree in Administrative Business Management or similar.
• Preferably experience in procurement but no necessary. Knowledge of procurement software (jaggaer or similar) will be a plus.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong Presentation skill.
• Delivery Driven Orientation and Accountability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Business English, both orally and written.
