About the position:

We’re seeking a strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. As an HRBP, you will play a key role in aligning human resources initiatives with business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting the growth and development of our employees. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and hands-on HR experience.

 

As the HR Business Partner, you will:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their objectives and provide strategic HR guidance.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, addressing employee relations issues and concerns.
  • Conduct investigations, mediations, and conflict resolutions as needed.
  • Partner with hiring managers and talent acquisition to support recruiting efforts.
  • Partner with talent management to support employee development programs, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Partner with Total Rewards to provide guidance on salary reviews, promotions, and bonus structures.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs.
  • Assess organizational needs and drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Contribute to the design and execution of organizational development strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to foster a fair and consistent workplace.

 

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience will be considered in lieu of degree.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HRBP roles.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated experience in handling sensitive employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
