About the position: 

High visibility Investor Relations role in New York, NY.  Ideal profile with include experience in renewable energy. Will participate in presentations to investors, press releases, earnings calls, roadshows. 4-7+ years of relevant experience required.

As the Director of Investor Relations, you will:

• Support the development, articulation, and implementation of the investor relations strategy 
• Participate in the development of strategic messaging for the investment community 
• Prepare and execute presentations, press release, scripts, and Q&A materials 
• Plan and coordinate investor meetings; including roadshows, office visits, and Investor days 
• Work with key leaders to understand the latest industry and competitive news and to promptly address internal and external stakeholder questions 
• Special projects as needed 

Our ideal candidate will have:

• 4-7+ years of relevant experience; including investor relations, financial analysis, marketing, communications, securities law, and/or regulatory 
• Proficiency in PowerPoint 
• Deep understanding of financial acumen and modeling 
• Renewable energy industry preferred 
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships

In New York City, the base salary for this position at the time of this posting ranges from $165,000 – $175,000. Within that range, individual compensation varies based on job-related factors including but not limited to experience and training, licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.
