Senior O&M Specialist

As the Senior O&M Specialist, you will:
- Manage daily operations of the EV Charging fleet in order to ensure operation and maintenance activities meet or exceed contractual obligations. (e.g. uptime guarantee, resolution time, preventive maintenance, and issue detection.
- Monitor network, Oversee O&M Providers, track progress of work orders and ensure quality and contractual compliance.
- Manage spare parts inventory and replenishment.
- Interface with internal and external monitoring teams to understand onsite issues and effectively communicate information to management, Asset Managers, and clients.
- Support the development and build out of the infrastructure for O&M of a fleet of over 2500 EV chargers that will be placed in service over the next several years.
- Assist the adaptation and implementation of CMMS and monitoring capabilities for EV Charging.
- Assist in integration of EV charging station software with CMMS and Asset Management systems.
- Track and report to both management and Asset Managers the progress of pending work orders, work orders in progress, and completed work orders.
- Ensure the execution of the customer success plan for EV charging clients and customers.
- Work across internal and external teams to ensure initial process buildout supports long-term growth and scalability.
- Any other duties and responsibilities may be determined by the manager.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) or equivalent experience in any field
- Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role managing distributed energy assets and field service providers.
- EV charging equipment, including network monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with OCPP and network monitoring and management tools are a bonus
- Working in a fast paced, transactional environment
- Knowledge of and an aptitude for electro-mechanical hardware
- An ability to troubleshoot hardware and software systems
- Excellent systems skills, including the spreadsheet, MS platform, force.com tools, CMMS systems, and other web applications
- An ownership mentality
