As the Operations & Maintenance Intern, you will:

• Monitor the performance of renewable energy assets, such as solar farms, wind turbines, or hydroelectric plants.
• Investigate and diagnose issues related to equipment malfunctions or underperformance.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop and implement solutions.
• Analyze large sets of data to identify trends and patterns that may impact the performance of renewable energy assets.
• Prepare regular reports on the performance of renewable energy assets for internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and project managers.
• Work closely with vendors and contractors to coordinate maintenance activities.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
• Evaluate and track the quality and compliance of the multiple services provided in renewable energy assets

Our ideal candidate will have: 

• Degree in Industrial, Electrical or similar. Master’s Degree in Renewable Energies is a plus.
• High level of English.
• Strong understanding of renewable energy systems and components.
• Familiarity with monitoring and control systems.
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and solve complex technical problems.
• Basic project management skills to assist in planning and coordination.
• Understanding of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in the renewable energy industry.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Willingness to stay updated on advancements in renewable energy technologies and industry trends.

• Full-time (40h/week)
• 6 months
• 900 €/month
• Based in Pozuelo de Alarcón
