  • Create and maintain standard operating procedures, quality checklists, and reference guides for field teams

  • Act as a key liaison between Operations, Engineering, Product, and Construction teams to resolve site-specific design or hardware issues and ensure seamless project execution
  • Continuously identify and implement opportunities to enhance construction quality, customer experience, and operational efficiency
  • Support design teams by conducting peer reviews of construction documentation, including CD100 packages and partner design templates, to ensure accuracy, feasibility, and constructability
  • Collaborate with Engineers, Project Managers, and EPC partners to consult on construction scope, design conflicts, and execution methods—particularly for custom elements at Flagship or Premium sites
  • Support MN8’s incident reporting and root cause analysis process, including investigation of quality or safety issues and implementation of corrective actions to prevent recurrence

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of experience in construction management and quality control
  • Deep understanding of construction drawings, technical standards, and EV infrastructure
  • Extensive knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, and other construction safety standards
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing cross-functional teams, driving field excellence, and improving operational processes
