Position Overview: 

MN8 Energy LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team. The Sales Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s sales growth by optimizing sales processes, implementing effective strategies, and ensuring seamless coordination between sales and other departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, exceptional leadership abilities, and a passion for driving results in a fast-paced environment.



As the Sales Operations Manager, you will: 

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
    • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
    • Collaborate with senior management to set sales goals and define sales quotas for the team.
  • Sales Process Optimization:
    • Streamline sales processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    • Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve the sales pipeline and accelerate the sales cycle.
    • Utilize CRM software to track sales metrics, analyze data, and generate actionable insights.
  • Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
    • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
    • Monitor sales performance against targets and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
    • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
    • Work closely with the sales team to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.



Our ideal candidate will have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
