Position Overview:

The Revenue + AR Manager is responsible for reviewing invoices for our energy off-takers, oversees that those invoices are correctly input in the system and that the clients are paying timely, also, is responsible for monitoring the team and perform monthly revenues estimates and reporting on them.

This includes responding to customer inquiries, follow-up with other verticals, execution of billing operations in our accounting department with a high degree of accuracy.

The Revenue + AR Manager should have a keen eye for detail, be comfortable working and supervising the team to meet tight deadlines. Manager’s goal will be to monitor that the team keep an accurate track of accounts receivable and ensure we bill our customers correctly.

As the Revenue Manager, you will:

• Review invoices
• Process new contracts and sales
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
• Address customer complaints and questions
• Keep track of accounts receivable and transactions
• Review Balance Sheet Accounts reconciliations
• Assist with customer account reconciliations
• Prepare and present analytical reports
• Support monthly and quarterly audits
• Resolve any billing issues
• Monthly preparation of account & bank reconciliations.
• Analysis of the monthly closing and evaluation of budget deviations.
• Cooperate with other departments & external auditors.

• Ensures that the payment completely closes the related open receivable.

• Maintains the AR ledger to ensure that each off taker pays timely.
• Assists with collection activities, including contacting off-takers and sending invoices.

• Preparation of account statements when needed.
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
• Strives to improve current processes.
• Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a Billing/Revenue Manager or similar accounting role
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting or finance
• Fluency in English required (C2 or Native)
• Good knowledge of electronic billing procedures is an asset
• Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); familiarity with databases and SQL is an asset
• Excellent communication ability
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Attention to detail
• Teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
