Manager, Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation & Support

Position overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing support of Oracle HCM Cloud at MN8. This role will be instrumental in driving successful deployments across all HCM modules and ensuring seamless integration with external systems including ADP, Celergo, Fidelity, and benefits providers. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, a strong background in systems integration, and a passion for delivering scalable and compliant HR solutions.
As the Oracle HCM Cloud Manager, you will:
- Lead the implementation and support of all Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including:

- Core HR

- Recruiting and Onboarding

- Talent Management

- Compensation Planning

- Time & Labor

- Learning Management
-
- Payroll integration
- Partner with internal HR, Payroll, and IT teams, as well as external vendors, to ensure smooth and compliant data exchanges with systems like:

- ADP Workforce Now / Celergo (International Payroll)

- Fidelity (401k and Benefits)

- Benefits Administration Platforms
- Own the configuration and management of Oracle HCM security, roles, and data access policies in alignment with internal governance and privacy requirements.
- Drive system enhancements and process improvements post go-live, supporting business users with best practices and technical guidance.
- Work with third-party implementation partners, consultants, and internal stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure ongoing support and operational excellence through proactive monitoring, documentation, and issue resolution.
- Maintain compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) as they apply to employee data.
- Act as the primary escalation point for Oracle HCM-related issues and incidents.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field; MBA or Master’s degree a plus.
- 7–10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation and support.
- Proven hands-on experience implementing and supporting Oracle modules listed above.
- Deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, integrations (using Oracle OIC or similar tools), and reporting.
- Experience working with international payroll integration platforms (particularly ADP, Celergo).
- Solid understanding of data privacy and security best practices in HRIS implementations.
- Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Strong project management and vendor coordination skills.
Preferred Skills
- Oracle certification(s) in HCM Cloud modules.
- Experience in the energy, utilities, or technology sectors.
- Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, or other ITSM tools for support ticket management.
- Knowledge of change management processes and training development for end users.
