Position overview:

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented IT Governance Analyst to join our team and report directly to the IT Governance Head. This role is instrumental in managing IT Financial Management (ITFM) processes and vendor management activities and supporting the development and maintenance of the IT cost model. The successful candidate will optimize IT costs, ensure contract compliance, and support decision-making with accurate financial insights. This position will collaborate closely with IT, Finance, and Procurement teams to deliver value-driven outcomes.

As the IT Governance Analyst, you will:

• Develop and maintain the IT cost model to support budget planning, cost allocation, and financial reporting.
• Monitor IT expenditures and provide financial performance insights to ensure adherence to the IT budget.
• Collaborate with the Procurement team to manage vendor relationships, including contract reviews, renewals, and dispute resolution.
• Assist in implementing and maintaining IT Financial Management tools and processes.
• Prepare reports and dashboards in Power BI for executive-level insights on IT cost and vendor performance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure accurate data collection and analysis across IT and Finance.
• Provide support for IT governance projects and operational processes.

Our ideal candidate will have:

• A bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Information Technology, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of Power BI and experience creating financial and operational dashboards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with ServiceNow and Snow-Atlas is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
