Site Acquisition, Director – EV Enterprise Accounts

As the Site Acquisition, Director – Enterprise Accounts, you will:

  • Meet sales goals: Leverage data to identify and secure Enterprise site partners and pursue priority sites within portfolio; meet and exceed sales goals through lead generation, pipeline management, opportunity qualification, presenting, and closing deals.
  • Drive business development: Act as a trusted advisor to senior-level decision makers by providing insights and recommendations on EV charging infrastructure planning, deployment, and optimization.
  • Relationship management: Maintain and grow long-term strategic relationships with site partners; expand relationships to have multiple touchpoints within account. Become a category expert as needed to cultivate strategic relationships.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market trends, forecast changes and customer feedback; and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Internal stakeholder: collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure alignment with sales objectives.
  • Industry knowledge: Understand and promote brand story and charging solutions. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the EV charging market in the assigned region including customer segments, key accounts, and growth opportunities.
  • Represent the brand: understand brand values and differentiators; optimally represent the brand at industry events, conferences and networking functions to promote brand attributes and values and inspire new partnership opportunities.

 

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5-10+ years in consultative sales of technical solutions
  • 3+ years experience in EV charging space
  • Strong sales discipline and practice, and ability to drive business growth
  • Well-developed problem-solver with builder mindset
  • Exceptional written and spoken communication skills
  • Organized and solution-oriented with ability to work independently in complex situations
  • Regular travel to site partner locations, trade shows, and team meetings
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus
