Revenue Accounting Analyst

The revenue accounting analyst is responsible for preparing, troubleshooting, and issuing invoices to our energy off-takers.  This includes responding to customer inquiries, follow-ups with other verticals, and improving the invoicing process.

Revenue Accounting Analyst Job Responsibilities

• Issue invoices to energy off-takers utilizing our internal software
• Coordinate with other verticals to address issues with invoices
• Provide customer support, build relationships with customers
• Gather and provide support for audit and tax compliance
• Record issued invoices in our general ledger system
• Compile billing estimates using various tools
• Prepare budget vs actuals flux commentary
• Prepare account reconciliations and cash flow statements
• Ad-hoc reporting

Revenue Accounting Analyst Qualifications / Skills / Attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in accounting or finance
• 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Fluency in English required (C2 or Native)
• Fast learner with the ability to become a technical expert over time
• Expert Microsoft Excel skills
• Great communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to multi-task and work with tight deadlines
• Accounting experience required
• Renewable energy industry experience required
• Revenue/Billing experience required
• OneStream software experience is a plus
• Yardi Voyager (ERP) experience is a plus
