Treasury Compliance Analyst

Position Overview:
The Treasury Compliance Analyst responsibilities include tracking and compiling compliance deliverables for corporate debt, processing various financing documents, and maintaining an internal records system. The position will report to the Senior Manager of Treasury Compliance and will lead work collaboratively to support compliance obligations across the financing portfolio. She/he will be partnering with other key business partners to help ensure the efficient and accurate management of funds and reporting. She/he will also provide the development and/or review of financial statements and disclosures. She/he will partner with the organization in an effort to continuously improve the efficiencies of the team, data collection and reporting process for compliance deliverables.
As the Treasury Compliance Analyst, you will:
- Coordinate and assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual compliance packages
- Interpret debt documents and monitor covenant compliance
- Assist in processing new requests for, and amendments to, credit/debt documents
- Forecast principal and interest payments on all debt
- Collaborate with other departments to respond to inquiries from internal and external parties
- Maintain records of contracts and related documents
- Ensure adherence to internal controls for SOX compliance
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as required
Our Ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline required
- Minimum 3 years of financial expertise in the area(s) of cash management, contract administration, FP&A, or related field
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
- Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing
- Must have demonstrated hands-on approach and success in working in team-based environment
- Responsive; able to integrate and balance priorities, work activities and resources for the benefit of multiple key stakeholders
- Active learner with a proactive mindset
